Why this blog
Drone cleaning of facades and roofs is growing fast. Offers are multiplying, and so are the promises, and it is hard for a homeowner, a property manager or an asset manager to know what they are really buying.
DroneRenov started from a simple observation: there are plenty of commercial pages on the subject, but very little independent information to help clients ask the right questions.
What you will find here
- Regulations explained: what the European and national frameworks really say, and which documents a contractor should be able to show you.
- Honest comparisons: drone, MEWP or scaffolding, with their real costs, constraints and limits.
- Technical questions: moss removal, water-repellent treatments, solar panels, older buildings.
- Practical matters: insurance, liability, co-ownership votes.
Our editorial line
Independence. DroneRenov sells no cleaning services, is not tied to any company in the sector and receives no commission. No article is sponsored.
Verifiable sources. Each article relies on official texts (European regulations, national aviation authorities, EASA) and identified sources, cited so that you can check them yourself.
Saying what we do not know. When a question has no clear answer, or when practice varies from case to case, we say so rather than settle it wrongly.
A mistake, a question?
Regulations change and a mistake can always slip in. If you spot inaccurate or outdated information, or if you would like a topic covered, write to us through the Contact page.
DroneRenov articles are for information only and do not replace the advice of a qualified professional.
